Macbook Pro 15 (2018 - 2023) including latest M2 Vesa Mount
thingiverse
A vesa mount for a 15" macbook pro (2018 - 2023). Can also be used as a standalone desk stand. If placed correctly, it wil not require any supports or rafts. It supports the newer, and slightly heavier macbook M2 pro 15" very well. The mount is split in two parts, Vesa_laptop_Mount_-_v2_-_left.stl and Vesa_laptop_Mount_-_v2_-_right.stl. Use at least 50% infill for robustness. Once printed, simply connect the two sides to your vesa mount using m4 screws and washers on either side (head and nut). Run a 4mm drill through the back holes of the print in case the screws are too tight. Add a zip tie to hold the bottom support struts together for extra strength, as close to the front as possible. To make it fit exactly on my Ender 5 bed, I needed to scale the model to 99% and fit it diagonally. This did not cause any issues whatsoever with the mounting holes. The mount is sturdy enough that you can rest your palm on it, if you need to use the touchpad. Usb docks, can be tucked away and fixed with double sided table underneath the "ramps" Printing time for both sides is around 20 hours. Once the initial layers are printed, printing speed can be increased depending on how well your printer can handle this.
