MacBook Pro 13" Retina Dock
thingiverse
A simple docking station for the 2013 Macbook Pro 13" Retina designed to make DIY components a breeze! This print comes with a cutout for an LED in the front panel, which connects seamlessly to the USB cable, creating a beautiful and functional design. Underneath, you'll find cables (charger, displayport, and usb) connected with headless m6 set screws that require threading, making it easy to attach your own customized threads. Holes are already pre-made for this purpose. The base plate is secured with two sprints, which can be printed separately. It also features a mount hole for the small USB pwr to LED circuit board. To protect the laptop, the inside of the docking station is wrapped with a felt mat. The design allows for the sides to be wrapped and then fastened with the top piece glued on top. **Disclaimer!** This print has not been tested yet, so the laptop profile may not be accurate. That's why I've included the tespProfile file, allowing you to test it before making any large prints.
