A customizable MacBook power cord support. This was designed to repair a damaged, standard power supply cord and provide some stress relief. Adjustable parameters include: the plug's length, width, and depth; wall size, flare length, etc. It utilizes Daniel Upshaw's roundedcube.scad. Use OpenSCAD to create the ideal .STL file for yourself. An example that works for model# A1184 is included. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa Mendel Iteration 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: This has been printed with PLA using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Snip the tab on the flare to install the cord. Note that you'll likely have the best results printing it if you flip it to stand on end with the conical part at the top.
