Macberry Plus
thingiverse
There are better scaled down models of the Macintosh Plus to put a Raspberry Pi in and emulate a vintage Mac, but they all require 3:4 screens. I wanted to design a Raspberry Pi case inspired by the Mac Plus but using current hardware and that meant a 16:9 aspect ratio screen. Additionally, I didn't want to wait 2 days for the large case to print since it was only going to be filled with air. So I foreshortened it. I'll post the full case at some point as an alternative. These parts will fit on a 300 x 300 bed when turned appropriately. I used organic supports because they're easy to remove. Everything printed from a single 1KG spool of PLA except for the USB bracket, which I printed with black. If this also meets your requirements, enjoy.Parts:Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB) running Mini VMac :)8" Waveshare 1280x800 16:9 IPS display https://a.co/d/5Ibor8APHEVOS 5v 5a PSU https://a.co/d/0PNhDHBRocker switch power socket https://a.co/d/5MKkO6bUSB C pigtail https://a.co/d/06ofS7Cmy favorite heat set threaded inserts because they have a small end that fits in the 4.8mm hole so they line up easily https://a.co/d/cPNOvk6And a few M3 screws https://a.co/d/0IMWqcJNot sure which USB hub I used, sorry, but it's laid out much like this one but without the case https://a.co/d/hW9sIRc
