On my Mac Pro, Apple used a drive bracket that refused to align with the holes on my drive. The bracket slipped into place with the drive, but it jutted out half an inch. I had previously managed to keep my drive in its bay by duct-taping it. I didn't like this setup one bit and my feelings towards Apple aren't exactly positive either. So, I created a bracket that accommodates standard PC hard drives (photos included). This should enable users to install perhaps 20+ terabytes of standard storage into their 2006-era Mac Pro computers. Early Mac Pros are now available for between $50-$100, so go ahead and get one! I designed the mount to be thin since there's limited space in that drive bay. I printed a test model on my Lulzbot 6 and it took around three hours at high detail with 40% infill. The print may appear thin, but it works just fine. Enjoy!
