Mac Cable Connector
thingiverse
You know those little rubber things on Mac charging cables that you can use to connect the cord to itself so it stays wrapped up? That's what this is. Both sides are open so you can connect it to any cord without damaging it. This is a replacement for the little rubber thing on Mac cables. It doesn't work the same way for phone cables but you might try using it and have different results than I did. I haven't printed it yet, so I'm not sure how well it works. I'll update this as soon as I print it. When I update it, I'll add the print setting I used and how well, if it worked. I'll also add some pictures of it. It might take a while though since my printer isn't available at the moment. If someone prints it before I update this, I'd appreciate it if you would post a make or leave comment telling me how it works. UPDATE: I printed this and it didn't hold the cord very well. Scaling it down to 90% worked, but it's pretty small and it was a tight fit - exactly what I wanted so it wouldn't fall off.
