This is my first creation. I've been exploring the world of airsoft and 3D printing for some time now, but nothing has really motivated me to share a 3D model until this point. Combining my passion for video games with my interest in 3D modeling resulted in what you see here. I hope you enjoy it and that this is just the beginning of many more 3D models I'll be sharing. I've already saved some others that I think are really interesting, so I'm excited to hear your feedback. For now, let me tell you about this model. It's a compensator for Barry Burton, a character from the Resident Evil series. I designed it specifically for a Beretta M9 KJ Works airsoft replica, and it was quite a challenge to get it to fit perfectly without any backlash issues. It took me several prototypes before I was happy with the result, but I think the end product is decent enough. In fact, I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. As for printing, I've broken the model down into three separate files to make it easier to print in stages. My Anycubic printer takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete each stage. Finally, if you decide to print this model, don't forget to add a few finishing touches: a 4mm diameter pin, a 4 metric screw, and trimming the head to give it a more polished look.
