Dear colleagues, I have 3D printed on my Creality Ender 3 V2 printer, an M8 screw, p = 1.25 mm normal pitch, L = 20 mm screw length. To make able the gap between bolt and nut, I have lesser the d1 base diameter of the bolt by 0.6 mm, and I have moved the profile of the screw about the d1 generator of the bolt. I have rounded the edges of the profile with an R=0.1 mm radius.
