I've got a simple yet game-changing washer that's making all the difference. My trusty M8 screws on my 3018 Genmitsu CNC mill fit snugly into place, but I was running into an issue - when they'd get lifted slightly, they'd start turning freely. That's where this genius washer comes in, saving me from the frustration of dealing with those pesky screws. Now, I can turn the nuts above without losing my cool. It's been a real sanity-saver! As for another update, I've whipped up some custom washers to keep things securely clamped 2mm above the aluminum bed. Printed out of rubber, they seem like a solid solution to me - sturdy and reliable!
