Plastic cover for M8 threaded rod, designed to eliminate wear and dust on RepRap Prusa Mendel i2 top threaded rods caused by filament and/or PTFE guide tube friction. Initially addressed with tape, this solution provides a more visually appealing fix. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Solid Notes: To ensure parts stick well even when long, print with a brim, using a 5mm wide brim for optimal results. Clean up afterwards. Part files measure 100mm in length; scale only the Z-axis to adjust the part's size. Includes STL and STEP file formats.
