This tool attaches to an aluminum frame with a strong hold, utilizing a sturdy M3x6 Hex screw with a threaded cylinder head that perfectly matches an M8 threaded rod. Created using the powerful design software SketchUp Make 2015. There are two variations: v1 - mounted to aluminum using one M3x8 screw, no scratching occurred despite its small size (10mm x 10mm), which allowed for easy disassembly and reassembly. v2 - completely revised design features a simple setup using 2 small screws (M3x6), which allow quick access when attaching the sturdy M8 rod. Setup: For optimal printing performance, this tool requires Marlin firmware on RAMPS 1.4. Print Settings: Print settings for Kossel Mini are: Infill percentage set at 10% No support structure Temperature of extruder was maintained at 200°C. No heating is required during bed setup
