The pitch is 2 millimeters, and the speed is 8 millimeters. That means 200 steps from a 1.8 stepper motor is 8 mm. On 1/32 it becomes 8/200/32 = 0.00125 mm per step or 800 steps per mm. (Minitronics) For RAMPS 1.4, that number is 400 steps. I'm trying out a setup at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVH9LYgWj4Y with firmware added for RAMPS 1.4 and 16 micro-stepping.
