I've created this ring specifically for use with M8 hex bolts or nuts paired with 4545 Bosch Rexroth aluminum extrusions, namely the 45 Series Profiles found at https://www13.boschrexroth-us.com/Framing_Shop/Product/Default.aspx?category=10104. The primary function of the ring is to ensure the hex bolt doesn't rotate freely within the channel of the aluminum extrusion. This design was successfully printed using a CTC i3 pro B and thoroughly tested, yielding flawless results.
