M8 Grab Knob (Bolt & Nut versions)
thingiverse
Here are bolt and nut versions for an M8 grab knob, both use the same cover part. Bolt version: The bolt head is pushed snugly with superglue into the hexagon recess. Choose the bolt length to suit your application. Nut version: This uses an M8 rivet-nut (Nutsert) as the internal nut. The rivet-nut should be inserted by temporarily threading an M8 bolt into it from the back and pushing it against a stop on the front rim. This can be done in a table vice or using the linear movement of a drill press. The inserting bolt is then removed. The rivet nut should be left un-crimped! The top cover is simply super-glued in place.
