M8 Easy Adjust Clamp

M8 Easy Adjust Clamp

thingiverse

This Clamp Bears a Strong Resemblance to My M16 Clamp, but with a Crucial Difference. Instead of Relying on a Nut Located at the Rear, It Uses a M10 Washer to Securely Grip the Threaded Rod. This Innovative Design Facilitates Easy Size Adjustments. To Perform a Major Adjustment Involving Opening and Closing, Simply Release the Front Component and Swing it Down Approximately 30 Degrees. This Will Permit the Washer to Slide Freely Along the Rod. Once You've Achieved Your Desired Size, Reattach the Part and Tighten the Clamp Using the Screw at Its End. The Hole in One Section of the Clamp Allows for the Secure Insertion of a Nylon Nut, Preventing the Rod from Slipping or Moving Erratically.
