To ensure a secure fit, I increased the bolt's tolerance by 20 millimeters. It should press in firmly but remain easily insertable by hand. If necessary, heat and reshape a slightly oversized bolt. Additionally, applying the -fillet option to the washer file will create a slight fillet on its face, preventing damage to painted surfaces. For optimal printing results, set the fill percentage at 20%, print the part upside down with support inside the hex cavity.
