M735 105mm APFSDS Penetrator and sabots

So some final notes : If you've got your hands on a real dart, and want to create sabot petals, grab the M735-j-sabot-top-v2.stl and M735-j-sabot-bottom-v3.stl files. They make a pretty good fit with just a bit of fitting around the real dart. These files use a 3.15mm spacing on the driving buttresses. If you're feeling adventurous and want to print one using the M735-l files for the dart and sabots, they use an earlier and incorrect 3.10mm spacing so they won't fit the real dart. Plus, the dart diameter is too big relative to the sabots, so you'll have to shrink it a bit. In Cura, I printed the sabots at 46% in all three dimensions, but the dart body and fins I printed at 45% X and Y, 46% Z and it fits really well into the sabots. This made a 2" diameter sabot which happens to fit my potato air cannon perfectly. As of June 13th, 2020: The whole model and individual petals generally have the latest version available, so make sure you're downloading the best one. The whole model plus petals should fit just fine on most printers. Both have a 3.1mm locking ridge spacing. However, I had to slice my model because it wouldn't fit on a 200^3 printer. I'm still making tweaks and getting it to fit my dart. If you already have three petals and need the ring to go around them, that's okay. But honestly, I'm not sure how one would get it on there without breaking it. Maybe just cut it and use it for cosmetics.
