Printer Brand: Printrbot is the brand I used. Printer: The printer model used was the Printrbot Plus. Rafts are not required for this print as they are unnecessary. Supports were not needed for this build. Resolution of .2mm is quite high for a detailed look. Infill was set at 100% to give maximum strength. Notes: A brim is recommended because the point of contact with the bed is minimal. Eight lines were used. Instructions can be followed by doing the following: Using these options: - The head type is button shaped. - The nut resolution is 0.5 mm. - Thread steps are taken at every 2 turns. - Step shape degrees are set to 45. - The nut thread outer diameter is 9mm. - Slot depth was set at 2 mm. - Type of screw used is bolt style. - Drive type chosen was phillips head drive. - Head diameter was 10mm and the outer diameter was 14mm. - Type of nut selected is a standard normal nut. - The slot width was 1mm and the thickness of each piece was 2 mm. - The resolution set for this model was 0.5mm. - Drive diameter was chosen as 5 mm. - The shape of the threads in the nuts can be shaped like any of 6 choices of thread types selected from a menu. - Inner diameter was set to 8mm and non-thread length is 0.
