If you decide to bring this build to life, please handle it with care during cosplay, as it's a carefully detailed replica of an actual M67 grenade. Printing: To guarantee the threads on the pin block and upper hemisphere engage seamlessly, print these components at a relatively low layer height. Alternatively, scale your x and y axes by 3% or so in your slicer when printing the pin block to resolve any threading issues that may arise. You won't need supports for any of the files. Assembly: Place the top of the pin block inside the clip with some glue, ensuring a secure fit. Next, attach the two hemispheres together using a suitable adhesive. Finally, thread the upper hemisphere into the pin block to complete the assembly.
