Wingnut Adaptor Fits M6 Hex Screwheads with Ease. It attaches snugly on top of an M6 Hex Screwhead. Although I originally liked the blocky design, I also created two versions with less sharp corners: one with rounded edges and another with 45-degree angles. Update 21 Sept: The hex inset of the knob was a bit too large, so it didn't fit all screwheads. To fix this, I reduced the size slightly and chamfered the upper edge for a better fit. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
