STARTING POINT
This is the foundation of the M548 RC 1/10 scale model's Wheels and Suspension. After putting it to the test, I'm pleased to report that it functions properly, although some finishing touches are still needed. You can see it in action by checking out these links:

M548 Test 1.

M548 Test 2.

M548 Test 3.

M548 Test 4.

GETTING STARTED

CAD Design
I'm proud to say that the entire design was created using FreeCAD, an open-source software. I want to extend my gratitude to all the developers who made this project possible. For those interested in assembling this model, I highly recommend downloading FreeCAD to see how it's done. The parts are a bit complex, and the assembly files will be incredibly helpful in understanding how everything fits together. You can download FreeCAD for free from this link:
FreeCAD official page FreeCAD.
Keep in mind that some parts have left and right sides, which is crucial for building the model correctly.
Hardware Requirements
To assemble the suspension and wheels, you'll need the following materials:

12 X 10mm M3 bolts (ISO7046)

14X 30mm M3 bolts (ISO7046)

120 X M3 nuts (ISO4032)

12 X M4 nuts (ISO4032)

12 X 25mm M4 (ISO4014)

24 X 6700ZZ bearings

You'll also need 14 springs. I found them at a local store, and they have these specifications: Wire diameter: 0.8 mm Outer diameter: 8 mm Length: 35 mm (you can cut longer springs to the desired length) As shown in the photos, the spring assembly mechanism is quite simple. Just place the bolt inside the spring and use a washer to secure it. Then, insert the "spring barrette" into the "spring holder" and adjust the spring as needed.
KEY COMPONENTS

M548 Chassis.

M548 Gearbox.

M548 Body 1/3 (Front).
