<h1>INTRODUCTION</h1> This is the Gearbox for the M548 RC 1/10 scale model, designed to be printed in a 200x200 mm printer, the most common size. Testing has been done and it seems to work properly, although it's not finished yet. I'm proud to thank all the developers who made this project possible. To make assembly easier to understand, FreeCAD assembly files have been included where you can see in detail how all the parts come together. You can download this software for free and visualize the assemble from the following link: <a href="https://www.freecadweb.org/">FreeCAD official page</a>. All parts of this design can be assembled using bolts and nuts, without any glue needed. <h2>Hardware</h2> To assemble all the parts of the gearbox, you'll need the following stuff: <ul> <li>12 X 10mm M3 bolt (ISO7046)</li> <li>16 X M3 nut (ISO4032)</li> <li>4 X 20mm M3 bolt (ISO7046)</li> <li>12 X 6700ZZ bearings</li> </ul> A FreeCAD assembly file called "Gearbox Right" is available, where you'll find all the pieces needed to print and build the gearbox. In this file, you'll also see how to fix the gearbox to the Chassis parts. Take into account that two gearboxes are required, so all other parts need to be printed twice.
