To improve output quality (dimensional accuracy, etc.), follow these steps: a) Output multiple types of parts at once. b) Reduce the number of parts being printed simultaneously. 2. If the nozzle and bed are too close, the bottom surface will be pressed down like an elephant's foot, especially when printing parts with circular holes or spline holes. This can cause the part to become stuck during assembly. 3. When assembling two parts, they may fit together loosely or not at all. However, after several attempts, they should fit better. If they are still difficult to assemble, check the output quality. 4. If the spline shaft and gear are difficult to assemble, try reducing the XY scale of the spline shaft by 5%. 5. When using pin fasteners, avoid loosening them too much. Instead, use a strong adhesive or reprint the part if necessary. 6. To attach the boss to the spline shaft, you need two M3x3mm bolts and one hex wrench. Be careful not to overtighten the bolts, as this can cause the outputted parts to become deformed. 7. If you cannot find M3x3mm bolts, use a blue tube strong adhesive instead. Apply a single drop to the boss's M3 hole and wait until it hardens. 8. If you accidentally damage an outputted part during assembly, you can repair it using strong adhesive. 9. Make sure there is a small gap (0.5mm) between moving parts for smooth operation. You may need to perform some secondary processing, such as deburring or filing.
