For KMXS tensioners to work effectively, a spacer is required that converts the M5 bolt into something accommodating the M8 ball bearing. This spacer perfectly matches the length needed for the ball bearing and provides a press-fit inside it. You might need to thread the M5 through the spacer after it's been inserted into the ball bearing and the ball bearing into the tensioner, which can be challenging because the ball bearing tends to turn while doing so, preventing the bolt from threading. To solve this issue, pinch the tensioner down on the ball bearing to clamp it securely, then thread the bolt through. With KMXS tensioners installed, your print quality will significantly improve.
