M5 Tap Handle
thingiverse
Larger M5 tap handle for tapping aluminum. I'd rather not wrestle with a subpar handle when tackling extensive aluminum extrusion projects, so I opted for something significantly more comfortable than what I was previously using. The holes on the side need to be tapped before installing the M5 screws. Parts: 2 - M5x45mm screw 1 - Larger M5 Tap Handle* *This one performs far better than the 4 flute designs I used to rely on, requiring less force, staying clog-free, and remaining sharp after tapping 100 holes. Cutting Oil* - essential for tapping metal. Printer: -- Eustathios Filaments: (full list available on thrinter) -- 3D Solutech Transparent Red PLA *affiliate link
