M5 Screw Nut Cover

I'm hiding a screw nut because I couldn't find one that fits, so I made my own for a M5 screw. It works perfectly. The only issue is that the thumbnail always turns the cover sideways, so make sure to print it with the closed side facing down. Cura gets the object's orientation right if you pull it in while printing.
