M5 Phalanx Pistol from the Mass Effect series. I've got several options for printing and assembling this, including printing the entire gun in one piece or splitting it into two halves. Printing the two halves is another option that allows for easier sanding of layers. I personally printed the file as two halves without any issues with smoothing out the layers. The halves method features four 1.8mm diameter registration holes to securely attach the two halves together using small bits of 1.75mm filament. This prop was modeled based on my hand size, resulting in a comfortable fit for an average-sized male hand at 100% scale. However, it may be slightly too large for smaller hands, so consider scaling down by 2-5%.
