M5, M6, M8, M10 Nut- & Screw holder (screw-in sleeve alternative)
thingiverse
Heyho Some days ago I built a wooden construction and I did not have any screw-in sleeves and the stores were already closed. So I designed this alternative. You can use the parts to secure a Nut or a Screw into your construction. If you have a forstner bit you can embed the assembly so the surface is flat. I designed most parts for 20, 25 and 30 diameter holes. Alternatively you can use the part that can be screwed on top of the wood. In addition to the obvious parts like screws/ nuts you will need some wooden screws for all parts except the 20 mm ones. (Diameter 3 - 3,5 mm) Have fun building some stuff .) I used a 0,6 mm Nozzle, 2-3 Perimeter and 25% Infiill. All hard materials should do the job. PS: I didnt make the demonstration parts quite qualitative and drilled the holes a bit crooked :D Dont let that put you off! I myself used the on top version in my project. So I am looking forward to your feedback if the other files work fine too or need a little adjustment ,-) Slicer tipp: You can separate all parts of the .stl Files into single objects!
