M5 lead screw stabilizer

I had a pressing requirement to design this component for my Prusa i3 Z axis (printed in black PLA, see images). The main objective was to offer additional support at the top end of an M5 lead screw and ensure the unsupported tip remains aligned with standard Prusa i3 Z motor mounts. This straightforward bracket is intended to be used with box frame designs and is secured using #8 x ¾" wood screws. The right and left side parts are mirror images. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 3mm layers Infill: 20% Notes: This part is non-structural and can be printed with light infill to minimize material usage. Post-Printing As with most inside diameter holes, these prints a bit tight. Prior to installation, it will be beneficial to true the holes using a drill bit.
