M42 to MFT 1.5mm adjustment for shooting W/O Hotmirror

This was remixed from the original part in order to achieve a lower adapter height. I had modified my camera to shoot without the Hot mirror, this affected the camera's ability to focus to infinity and through trial and error I learned the M42 mount could be adapted at a lower height to restore infinity focus. 1.5mm goes a bit far I think 1.25 might be just the right spot but 1.5mm worked so I stuck with it.
