M42 Macro Extension Tube - 10mm/20mm/36mm

I'm creating a new version of Murin's M42 macro extension tube with some tweaks. I've chamfered the inner ring so it can be printed without support structures and scaled the size to match standard extension tubes. This remake comes in three sizes: 10mm, 20mm, and 36mm. Before printing any of these versions, I recommend starting with the smallest one (10mm) to test your printer's tolerances. If the fit isn't perfect out of the box, you can make minor adjustments by tweaking the x and y dimensions in your slicer software while keeping the z dimension unchanged. This way, you can fine-tune the diameter to a precise fit. As mentioned earlier, it's essential to print this design at 0.1mm layer height or else the threads might be too thick to work correctly.
