M42 lens to EOS EF Mount - Better Fit

I used the original model as a reference for the bayonet spacing but most of this is made with my own measurements. It is a much more forgiving model which actually turns far enough to latch while still being tight enough to not wobble. I remade the M42 thread which now blobs less and the index of thread is correct so that markings on the lens for settings are oriented correctly.
