This shelf bracket is engineered to print without supports and mount without screws or tools. To mount with screws, grab my mounting plates at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3956152. Remixed from the amazing model by _JACKAL_. The complete file will require significant supports, or print the left/right files and glue together. Rescale in your slicing software to achieve the size you want. Use no less than 30% infill. More is beneficial.
