M4 Screw Vibration Counter

I need 16 x M4 Screws for lights manufacturing. Counting by hand or via mass is a chore. So, I built a screw counter device from scratch. The design uses Silicone Tube measuring 10 OD and 8 ID, plus a 1" OD 12V vibration motor sourced from China to power it. For heat management, I added 2510B fans on both sides of the shaker motor to keep it cool while running. Once activated, the screws will collect at the chute end where I can pick them up using an electromagnet and a custom-designed template for neat separation before being transferred to the storage bag effortlessly.
