A M4 nut can be integrated by stopping the print, inserting the nut and continue the print. afterward you need to enlarge the hole on top a bit to make it easier to insert the m4 bolt. The knob is still usable without a nut. The thread can cut into the plastic and create a nice fit. I originally created this as a replacement for a toilet flush knob and drawer pull.
