I designed an M4 magazine adapter for my DE M56 multi-shot airsoft shotgun. I printed it as is, with supports enabled. The support structure likely resides in the feed tube, and there's no way to avoid that. To clean the feed tube, you'll need a string, wire or screwdriver to remove the support structure. There are two files - one for the adapter itself, and another for the part that prevents the loading door from moving. When first inserting the adapter, it might not go in smoothly, but after a few attempts, it should become easier to fit. There's also support structure underneath the release lever; be cautious and cut it with a hobby knife or utility knife. Do not insert a magazine until you've broken the release lever free from the support structure. To replace the release lever spring, cut a pen spring in half - it's challenging to fit it into the space behind the release lever.
