M4 knurled thumb nut

I needed a replacement knurled adjustment knob for my second-hand telescope immediately. The Orion SkyQuest XT6 scope uses M4 threads, and unfortunately, it didn't come with one when I purchased it. This design is straightforward, but it can be easily expanded or enlarged to accommodate different bolt sizes. To do this, you simply need to make slight adjustments on each side to create a recess for panhead bolts and nuts, keeping them flush with the knob itself.
