M4 Bed Leveling Knob

M4 Bed Leveling Knob

I modified it initially for the Zonestar Z9M3 printer, but I'm fairly certain it can be adapted for any printer with M4 bolts on the bed. What I wanted was a simpler way to insert the nut than crawling underneath all the way up. Plus, having a more robust body seemed like a great idea. This one features a cutout on the side that lets you just slide the nut right in. Don't worry about supports for the nut's cutout - I've added a 0.2 mm sacrificial layer on top of it. Simply insert a screwdriver (or any other tool that fits) from above, remove the sacrificial layer, clean out the leftovers from the cut, and you're good to go. Hardware required: M4 nut
