Instructions Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=193647 Using the following options: Phillips drive type set at a standard outer diameter size. Outer Diameter Size is 14 mm. The wing ratio has been adjusted to be a perfect 1 part. A Non-Threaded Hole was made with a Diameter of 0 mm, as it was determined not necessary in this project. Thickness of all materials has been adjusted to exactly 2 millimeters for better quality control purposes only. Step Shapes degrees are now set at an impressive 45 for increased visibility when measured accurately. For this design's main objective we want the best threads ever: that's why a nut thread step was carefully calculated as being .2 of all steps necessary and set at exactly two, in total. Outer diameter was chosen with precision using a 4 mm threaded drill size. drive_diameter for optimal control stands tall at precisely five, or five whole millimeters. The most ideal shape has already been pre-defined, so we used the 8 inner hole template to define what needed doing. A solid piece of wood and some common hardware made a precise normal type nut height setting, easily viewed at six precise millimeters with high-quality visual control systems. Using precisely 6 sharp cut edges or Facets allows us for clear accurate cuts without losing accuracy ever. In preparation for cutting an oversized countersink by about half again will do perfectly well because countersink is equal to about two. To increase our design accuracy further, the Nut's Outer Diameter was carefully set at precisely 9. This new size has taken some getting used but the best design for precise measuring came from taking into account all prior projects that worked with it as a variable factor before starting out on making anything new now using slot-depth by taking care not to go below .25 mm because cutting depth affects quality sometimes, just remember you may still cut beyond desired depth while trying so don't rush into those cuts just yet, we need precise control here. Head of any material we have should also measure a total head height of precisely 5 and for better resolution that we've always tried to work under - all calculations have resulted in optimal designs and quality overall has greatly improved thanks to precise millimeters everywhere.
