I actually scaled down both parts from the "Rod end bearing" by ngoodger by 58% to reach an M3 thread capable opening for both mounts. This works incredibly well, functioning like a true rod end bearing! Print Settings Printer: Acrylic 3DCSTAR P802-MHS Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 33% Notes: With the specific setting of a 0.5 extrusion width this works flawlessly. For me, both parts were stuck together after printing which helped to thread the M3 openings with my trusty new tap (Gewindeschneider). Then I screw in an M3 screw and start wiggling it. With some force, the actual ball breaks free and the rod end bearing becomes operational.
