Just a simple screw for Eurorack synth to avoid scratches and screwdrivers. I've successfully printed this tiny screw with a 0.1mm layer height and increased the wall line count to simulate a 100% infill. You can also simply use a 100% infill, of course. I used "exclusive slicing tolerance" in Cura, and the screw worked perfectly. IMPORTANT: Remember that a 3D printed screw, especially one made from a material like PLA, is much more fragile than an actual iron screw or nylon one. This screw should only be tightened by hand, so go slow when locking your module into place. Use a screwdriver to unscrew only if absolutely necessary, because you will likely break the head of the screw anyway. So, if you're unsure about what you're doing and don't want to take any risks, just print the washer and use it with common steel screws instead.
