M3x16 to 606 bearing adapter

To create an axis for a 606 bearing, use an M3x16 screw instead of hard-to-find M6x16 ones. Print an adapter for the smaller screw and ensure proper fit by printing with zero infill for flexibility. Employ a raft to prevent the tube from detaching during printing, and utilize the Multiply plugin set at 3x3 or possibly 2x2 to combat warping. Cooling plugin may help too, but it's untested.
