Human: a very light all-in-one 144mm frame designed specifically for the e011 flight controller.\r\n\r\nthe mounting posts are spaced 29mm apart, and each post is 2mm in diameter; note that you must remove the battery and motor sockets to install the board properly.\r\n\r\nadds: after completing the first build with 8520s, i found it extremely challenging getting components into the frame due to its compact size - fc, m7 lens, camera, and echine vtx all had a hard time fitting; this project is not for those who are impatient or in a hurry.\r\n\r\nthoughts: while i did not opt for this approach, placing the crystal under the board could be a viable option; i chose to solder my motors directly, but motor sockets can be added upside down once the board is installed; it's incredibly tight in there.\r\n\r\nthe "toes" on the arms are designed to hold them in place during printing and should not be part of the finished piece; this design prioritizes flight stability over impact resistance.\r\n\r\ninformation.txt contains essential license conditions for selling or distributing this item or any derivative work; while they may seem unusual, they're not particularly complicated or time-consuming to comply with.\r\n\r\nFIRST FLIGHT RESULTS:\r\nthe frame is surprisingly light and fast given its 144mm span; i prefer larger frames because i believe a greater distance between props increases efficiency by reducing redundancy; unfortunately, my first landing was a disaster - the frame mashed on impact, with all vertical beams snapping due to poor lamination; this may be attributed to my inexperience with printing.\r\n\r\ni've since moved this model from works-in-progress to complete; it flies well, but superior manufacturing techniques are necessary to withstand landing impacts; perhaps sintering would be a better approach than lamination, as it accounts for structural implications.\r\n\r\nto mitigate damage from hard landings, i recommend adding foam squares around the motors - banggood's white packing works well, and two layers provide adequate protection; living in a desert environment means every landing involves a harsh impact transient with different structural implications; this design is not suitable for high-risk flight.
