M3D Tablet Clamp
thingiverse
This is a modification of the M3D Micro Chassis tablet holder found at thingiverse.com/thing:753885. I utilized the clamps from the M3D Mounted Spool holder, opting for their beefier design (thingiverse.com/thing:705345). The top support was extended, and additional backing and bottom supports were added to reinforce the structure. To fit this modified version onto the M3D bed, the following adjustments are required: • Move the XY location to x:54 and y:51. • Set the XYZ size to x:1.0, y:.93, and z:1.0, adjusting it for a tighter fit against the case. • Apply an XYZ rotation of x:0.0, y:0.0, and z:25.0. This model was created using Tinkercad; feel free to edit it online at tinkercad.com/things/ay70BUzc8T3. For printing instructions, set your settings to Medium Fill and Medium Quality. By setting the Y size to .93, the clamp fits snugly onto the case. If you prefer not to make this adjustment, the holder will still fit securely with minimal slop.
