This bracket system is designed specifically for the M3D Pro printer, mounting directly on top of the unit above the extruder and utilizing the printer's chassis as a base. To assemble this bracket system, you'll need two sets of brackets, one for each side, which can be attached using dowel rods or tubing. You can use the customizer tool to select your preferred tubing diameter for the vertical risers and top axle, and the model will adjust accordingly. When choosing the tubing diameter, be mindful not to make it too tight, as this may cause the brackets to split apart. The recommended minimum height for the vertical risers is 3 inches; however, I personally prefer using 6-inch vertical risers for optimal results. The top brackets feature a horizontal axle that can be easily removed for filament changes. To ensure proper functionality, the horizontal tube should measure precisely 8.5 inches in length and be capable of accommodating multiple spools.
