M3D Micro filament tube fitting clip
thingiverse
The prints in the attached images were made using a Flashforge Finder, but the parts are designed for use on a M3D micro, allowing external filament feed through a PTFE tube. Two additional M2.5x6 socket head screws are required, which should be easily sourced via eBay. Post-Printing The part was initially created to be printed on my unreliable M3D micro, known for its inability to produce accurate circles, so all the holes were undersized. Currently, they're drilled to fit, but the holes made for the screws need to be approximately this: FittingHolderMeshtubeTop: Counterbore diameter: 4.5mm Through hole diameter: 2.5mm FittingHolderMeshTubeBottom: Through hole length: 2mm Wide section of hole across: 5.5mm Narrow section hole across: 2.5mm Mount the parts together and drill out the clamp hole to a diameter of 5.5mm.
