An attempt to upgrade the M3D's nozzle... testing whether a heat break can be printed/milled out of a highly conductive material after finding if this fits into plastic first. Note that it is a work in progress, with frequent updates expected. V2: Usage of M2 screws would consume too much space, so they're replaced with thermal tape, a suitable substitute found on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/TapeCase-8810-0-75in-0-415in-Conductive/dp/B007Y7D0NG/ref=cm_cr_pr_sims_t/187-9558189-7288268). Some trimming will be required before applying the thermal tape. Additionally, the ceramic heating element's wires should be bent around the heatsink for optimal performance. It's uncertain how hot these will become during testing or if they'll work well since a metal source, like aluminum or copper, has not been located yet. To install this mod, two metal heat breaks should be printed and fitted snugly around the nozzle.
