I have remixed well-known m39 to MFT adapter. Now it's fits accurate and also have focus to infinity too. M39x1 (flange 28.8mm) to M4/3 (flange 20mm) I also added ribbed tube to avoid reflections. It's will be better if you will print it in black color.
