M365 battery e-bike mount
thingiverse
There are a bunch of cheap scooter batteries on the market due to the disposal of thousands of shared scooters. I picked up an internal M365 battery for use an an e-bike battery, and it works pretty well (the 10s3p version). Of course, it needs a mount. The battery has 4 mounting holes, so I designed this to adapt those mounting holes to a bike's water cage braze-ons for a downtube mount. I laser cut my mount from Masonite, but you could even 3D print these, I guess. The lower mount attaches to the bike via 2 M6 screws. The spacer prevents the screw heads from hitting the battery pack. The pack mounts to both plates via M4 screws.
