This is an adapter for a wood turning lathe with a DIN M33 shaft. This thing enables you to build various auxiliary tools. Just glue the adapter with a strong glue (e.g. epoxy) in a piece of wood and start building your individual lathe tool. The rills on the outer face enable a better grip for the glue.
